INFORMATION SYSTEM STUDY PROGRAM
The vision of the study program is to be the chosen study program that are trusted and excellent in mastery and development of information system and technology based on moral and Islamic ethics. The missions are: to implement the Islamic way of life in every academic and non-academic activity in the Information System Study Program; to conduct quality academic programs focused on students’ interest to prepare professional and reliable human resources who can accommodate the information technology development now days and in the future; to create good research climate so the lecturers and students can conduct qualified researches in the national level; to conduct community service activities to apply the information system and technology so it can contribute towards the IT-literate society life; to create good cooperation with the government and other institutions in the fields of education, research, and community service to increase the competitiveness.

Objectives
The objectives to be achieved by the Information Systems Study Program are: The objectives of the Information System Study Program are:
- Form graduates who master the ability to develop, apply and manage information systems and technology for an organization.
- Produce graduates who master entrepreneurship skills in the field of technology and information systems in order to have independence in entrepreneurship.
- Produce research published in accredited national journals and / or reputable international journals.
- Produce research of lecturers and students who have potential IPR.
- Carry out service that can be a solution and improve the standard of living of the community or community group.
- Organizing institutional cooperation activities in research, service, increasing human resource competencies, and activities based on the information systems profession.
- Implement Islamic Life Guidelines (PHI) in the study program environment.

Competency
Main Competences
Every graduate has key competences in planning, developing, managing, as well as evaluating information system technology that is applied personally or in an organization. Besides having the skills in developing information technology, one also has great integrity and professionalism at work. The achievement is also made during his/ her study through lecture activities, practicums and field practices.
Supporting Competences
In addition to the main competences, each graduate also has supporting competences from soft skill programs organized by the university. The programs are aimed at equipping students during their studies to become dedicated intellectuals with high moral standards.
Specific Competences
Each graduate has specific competences, including good behavior and a high sense of responsibility based on Islamic values. The specific competences are what distinguish UAD graduates from those of other universities.
Lecturers
The study program employs 10 lecturers who are holding Doctoral and Master’s Degree from public universities as well as guest lecturers from a number of companies and government institutions.
Supporting Facilities
The lecture activities are supported with various facilities, including comfortable classrooms with LCD projector and libraries. Besides, there are also several supporting laboratories; Basic Computer Laboratory, Network Laboratory, Final Project Laboratory, Information System Laboratory and Project Laboratory.
