PHYSICS EDUCATION STUDY PROGRAM
The Physics Education Study Program organizes creative and innovative teaching and learning processes to produce capable graduates in the field of Physics education. The vision of the study program is to become a superior study program in Physics learning technology with a global quality, and is trusted in the instilment of Intellectual and Islamic moral values.

Competence
Standards for graduates of Physics Education Study Programs include physics scientific competence standards, teaching competence standards, technology competence standards, and Islamic value standards. Here are the Physics Scientific Quality Standards:
1. Physics Concept/ Principle/ Law
Physics teacher thoroughly comprehends the essential knowledge and skills needed to teach physics and understand the broad application of physical principles to real world situations.
2. Particle Mechanics and Hard Objects
Physics teachers understand the motion of particles and rigid objects in qualitative and quantitative dimensions.
3. Wave Symptoms
Physics Teacher understands the nature, characteristics, and behavior of mechanical and electromagnetic waves, as well as how electromagnetic waves interact with matters.
4. Thermodynamics
Physics teacher understands heat and matter.
5. Electromagnetics
Physics teacher understands electricity and magnetism and the relationship between the two.
6. Modern Physics
Physics teachers understand atomic and nuclear structures. pysics teacher understands the basics of elements and the implications of specific relativity, quantum mechanics, and solid compund physics.
Lecturers
Lecturers in the Physics Education Study Program are competent lecturers according to their respective fields of expertise namely education, Theoretical Physics, Particle Physics, Instrumentation Electronics, Computing and Instrumentation, Material Physics, and Experimental Physics.

Lectures in the Physics Education Study Program are supported by a number of facilities, including:
- Classrooms that are are equipped with LCDs, screens and air conditioners
- Science Education & Technology Laboratory
- Micro-Teaching Laboratory
- Auditorium for the implementation of various academic purposes, such as seminars, workshops, and public lectures
