MASTER OF MATHEMATICS EDUCATION
The Master of Mathematics Education Program (MPMat) of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) was established as an effort to produce professional educators in the field of mathematics who are creative and innovative in mathematics learning, have Islamic personality and global competitiveness and actively participate in increasing the education quality in Indonesia.
The study program was established on September 9, 2016 based on the Decree of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 314/KPT/I/2016 and has been accredited B by the National Board of Accreditation for Higher Education (BAN-PT) based on the Decree of BAN-PT No. 1922/SK/BAN PT/Akred/M/VII/2018.
The curriculum of the study program is designed in accordance with the current development and needs of the community with a study period of 3 semesters. One of the advantages of the Master of Mathematics Education Program of UAD is the Student Mobility program to 3 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand). In this activity, every student gets to experience paper presentation in international scientific forums at foreign universities, take part in joint workshops to improve student competences, general lectures, and city tours in the destination countries.

- To carry out continuing education in the field of mathematics teaching in building morality through teaching and learning processes, both directly and online, which are strengthened by the latest knowledge, diversity, and creativity of lecturers, students, and staff
- To conduct research in the field of mathematics education that encourages human and economic development, global understanding, and professionalism through scientific works
- To develop social services and research-based expertise to the community in the field of educational science and mathematics learning
- To establish cooperation with the government and other educational institutions at various levels, both inside and outside the country, through integrated and Islamic programs in learning, research, and community service
